Robotaxi Connect
Terms of use
These terms describe business use of Robotaxi Connect and personal introductions between fleet businesses and technology providers.
Version: 2026-09-17-v2
1. Operator and scope
The operator is Sebastian Neumeier, sole proprietor, Leinenbrunnen 12, 71083 Herrenberg, Germany. Contact: info@robotaxi-connect.de, +49 177 8333142.
The service is intended exclusively for business customers within Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and their authorised representatives. Consumer use is not offered. Individually agreed terms take precedence.
2. Service
Robotaxi Connect facilitates contacts between taxi and fleet businesses and autonomous mobility technology providers. The platform supports company profiles, requirements, referral status and released documents.
We do not sell vehicles or operate robotaxis. No contract conclusion, financial result, regulatory approval or technology availability is guaranteed. Vehicle, technology and operating contracts are agreed separately between the parties concerned.
3. Registration
Users must provide accurate information, confirm their email address and be authorised to represent their business. Company profiles are reviewed before the relevant functions are enabled.
Credentials must be kept confidential. Material company and contact information must be kept up to date. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported.
4. Private network and personal handling
Taxi and fleet businesses see only their own profiles and released records. They cannot see other members or contact them through the platform. Technology providers receive no network access. The internal network supports our personal assessment of suitable business partners.
Before every disclosure of company or contact information, we personally agree the specific recipient and data with the business concerned. Targeted email disclosure occurs only after its approval. Registration is not an instruction to disclose information to arbitrary providers.
There is no obligation to accept an introduction or enter into a provider contract. Personal data protection requirements apply in addition.
5. Charges and remuneration
Registration and platform use are free for taxi and fleet businesses. Registration, use or a business introduction alone does not create a commission obligation for them to Robotaxi Connect.
Commissions are agreed separately and exclusively with technology providers. Their amount, calculation, due dates and any customer protection depend on the individual agreement. An internal platform entry alone creates no payment obligation.
External services remain subject to separate contracts. Free platform use does not make vehicles, technology or other third-party services free.
6. Permitted use
Users may submit only information and documents they are entitled to use and share for the business relationship. Unnecessary third-party personal data should be avoided.
Unauthorised access, evasion of permissions, malware and unlawful content are prohibited. Confidential documents may be used only within their release permissions and business purpose.
7. Operation and restrictions
Maintenance, technical failures or events outside our control may interrupt availability. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Specific indications of misuse or serious breaches may lead to necessary and proportionate access restrictions. Where security permits, we explain the reason and allow the matter to be clarified.
8. Ending use
You can sign out at any time without deleting your account. The separate permanent deletion function removes your login and associated data as described after password confirmation. If a company has multiple users, shared company data remains for the others. See the privacy notice for details. Statutory retention duties for separate business records remain unaffected.
Separate agreements with providers or other parties do not end automatically with a platform account. Existing statutory or individually agreed obligations remain unaffected.
9. Liability and changes
Statutory liability rules apply.
Changes are communicated before they apply. Where consent to a contractual change is required, it will be obtained. Silence alone is not treated as agreement.
